We’ll dig into what’s working, what’s not, and create your first clear steps forward.Follow-ups (45–60 minutes) focus on education, support, and planning — turning nutrition guidance into real-life habits that fit your busy schedule. I will also provide support via text and email as needed.Each session is collaborative, judgment-free, and tailored to your season of life — from fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
